Can't log in to e subsciption

My app couldn't recognize that I was a subscriber, then it assured me that it did, but couldn't connect properly--just flashed in a spastic way. I tried a few things. Finally, something worked. Nothing i did, I'm sure it was WP that fixed it, tho i wasn't aware of actually connecting with anyone. Would have preferred if I had.I have no idea

To thank your representative I reached by phone

I called the Post all excited because I had lost my webpage to access your Live interview with HR McMaster, and it was about to begin. I should have been more polite with your representative: I thought she was not understanding my problem. She was. She did. And she got me to the interview online just in time. And now I know how to access the events I sign up for thru my W.P. account. I just wish I could let her know how much I APPRECIATE her calm and thorough help.

Missing tv guide

for the second time in maybe 6 weeks, I did not get the TV section for which I pay extra. Last time I called too early and then too late and had to buy a newspaper at the grocery store to get it. This time I called. Honestly don't apologize with a canned script, just tell me how you are going to fix it.

Missed delivery

The wrong paper was delivered. We are paying for the Washington Post and we got the Fredericksburg Freelance Star by mistake.

User's recommendation: Please have the delivery person to check to ensure they are delivering the correct paper. We received the wrong paper. We got the Freelance Star and not the Washington Post.

On my Samsung Note 8 smartphone the widget stopped loading, so I removed it from the page then reapplied it. However instead of defaulting with Top Stories it loaded a configure page that contained all the news sections except Top Stories. This forced me to choose one sub category. I can't figure out how to configure the widget to show Top Stories on load.

This is a Washington paper based in Washington DC. Why when you call the area code 202 (for Washington) to get customer support, do you get someone in the PHILIPPINES???? I think it's disgraceful that the paper is not hiring people locally here in the United States!!!!!!!! In addition, the connection is very bad with a lot of static, so trying to accomplish anything takes a longer period of time and is extremely frustrating!! The lady kept trying to add my new credit card unsuccessfully 3 times!!! I could not find any local phone number online!! WHY IS THIS????

User's recommendation: Don't support the Washington Post for hiring outside the U.S.!!!!

No delivery for DAYS

Of the past 13 days, I have not received my paper for 11! I'm tired of having to call on a daily basis and MAYBE getting a replacement paper. I get apologies and not one thing has been done about it. Extremely frustrating and incredibly disappointing since I have been receiving the WP for over 40 years!

This morning, unlike almost all others, my Washington Post was not delivered. I called the Washington Post to notify them of this error and asked for a replacement paper. All of the phone complaint was automated, which I never feel comfortable about. It is too early to rate a review until my replacement newspaper arrives.

Delivery problem

I subscribe to Sunday only delivery. I want to receive the hardcopy. 1) When i interrupt service i am told there will not be a credit because i can read it online. I never read it on line so that week's charge is lost. I finally insisted that for future interruptions I be credited which apparently was noted in my file. I am not hopeful this will happen 2) my last paper delivery was to resume on July 12 which it did not. Customer Service said "for this time only" I would get a credit. I did not argue but clearly in the future if my paper does not resume as requested I will AGAIN insist on a credit.

Paper did not arrive today at my residence 10509 Tyler terrace Potomac MD 20854

I did not receive the newspaper today and I want it redelivered at my residence address today. I wish to state that before also many a times I have complained about this non delivery at my residence when they were delivered between October 2018 and February 2019 after which it was stopped for some time.

User's recommendation: I need the Saturday and Sunday newspapers without fail.

No Sunday Paper (the half that arrives Saturday)

Called TWP and was told that there is no guarantee that the missing part will arrive today. I asked if it could be delivered tomorrow. Was again told that there is no guarantee that will occur.

Missing paper

Monday through Saturday I get both the Washington Post and the Frederick News Post together in a plastic bag. Recently a couple weeks ago the Frederick News Post decided not to publish a Sunday paper. But the delivery person didnt deliver the Washington post last week and didnt deliver the Washington post again this week. So I dont know whats going on with the delivery person for those papers!
