Was charged full price to renew, but was just given the one year rate of 29 dollars to continue. Thank you.

Her name was Happy. I told her I was charged $100 to continue my subscription. She offered me the same rate I started with of $29 instead so I decided to continue my subscription.

My subscription isn't recognized when I read a WAPO article on Google News

Google News posts articles from various news services, including The Washington Post. The Washington Post didn't recognize that I am a subscriber and stated that I had already read three free articles, making the assumption that I am not a subscriber. I find this very how can we resolve this?

Unsolicited subscription.

This is my 3rd request for you to cancel this subscription that I did not ask for or order from you. I have been billed $59 for this unsolicited subscription and want an immediate refund and cancellation. This should be a simple request although I have no idea how it happened.
