The voice mail said it was too late to get the Saturday paper. I will subtract the cost of todays paper. Very disappointed!!

Renewal program will not process information

Poor service. Internet program will not process data. No human back up to adjust the situation. This frustrates me and likely other customers.

Loss of timely home delivery.

You stopped Sunday delivery in Winchester, Va on Sunday only and switched to mail delivery later in the week. I didnt switch. You forced me into the change.

Restart home delivery early

Scheduled temp delivery ends on 5 Jul. I want to restart early -3 Jul This process is a pain. I cant find a suitable automated way to get what I want and cant talk to a human. Ran into something to charge money - ridiculous.

Wapo was not delivered today

I live in a high-rises condo building and have been a post subscriber for 50 years. For the third time this week my paper was not delivered until I called the WP. My next door neighbor is also a subscriber and her papers were not delivered. Once last month the carrier left all the papers at the concierge desk rather than deliver them to the doors of subscribers. This is no way to keep customers.

Terrible Sunday delivery

Papers were late again this Sun. Apparently tho, all the people in my community who get the Sunday Post received their paper except me. My next-door neighbor got hers (late as usual on Sun.), but I never did! I stopped my DAILY delivery, not because of the carrier) but because of the negative news in the front & metro sections which I no longer read. I want the cost of this past Sunday's paper, 4-17, deducted from my bill.

WP automatically renewed in March for 150.00 I received online but when I tried to read an article it was blocked by add with subscription information. Have not been able to read since April. Called and spoke to a Representative and signed back up with all my necessary information. That means Im paying twice. Very dissatisfied

Because I was asked

Long story -- but got a refund from WP -- was billed for a digital subscription that I have no recollection signing up for. Possible I forgot, but I never used the service. The part I objected to was the fact they billed my PP account without EVER notifying me. I figure that's the least they could do.

Just canceled my subscription to the WP. I read the paper on my Apple iPhone.

The article headlines are too small. I have 20-20 vision however, I have to squint & put my phone up to my eyes to resd/see the headline. The type font is too small to easily read the headlines.This creates frustration & results in my not reading the articles available to me. I just flip to The NY Times.Take a good look at the NY Times Headlines-The type font is easy to read.

Additionally, breaking Post news stories run on the Apple feed 1st & Im unable locate the articles in my subscription feed until much later. It makes no sense to keep my subscription.Ive kept my subscription with the Post for a long time & am very sorry to cancel. If you make the changes in your format and the availability of breaking stories in my subscription feed rather than reading them on the Apple feed I will re-subscribe. This is what I pay for & Im not receiving it.

If changes are made please let me know. Sorry to go Patricia

Preferred solution: Notification of format changes are made so I can re-subscribe. Your format is not easy. Take a good look at the New York Times and see their entire layout. It’s easy to navigate. I love the Post however

I was asked to leave one

Took 3 hrs and ALOT of *** to get a refund for a product I never used. In addition this company does NOT contact you to inform you that you are about to be billed for a coming "auto renewal".

The PISSED text in reason. That is the rudest nasty way to a complaint about service. After over 40 years of buying the paper I've never seen the Post stoop so low.

All I call about was no paper and have to fill out that question. Go back to giving service not being rude. Automation is not always a good thing.
