I can't read the Post on my phone

I started my subscription last year (2019). I am told it is renewed automatically. Yet I am not able to read any Post articles in my iPhone. Thanks for your help. Roger

Inability to reach a person

Called customer service, get intercept to go to personal digital. If press oneas requested, you are transferred to the next available agent - which is a busy signal. Tried three times-last time, no busy signal, but line was disconnected. This isnt dismal customer service, its worse.

User's recommendation: Choose option to buy subscription-surely that will be answered.

A better synopsis of drumpf's presidency would be hard to come by. Supplemented by Friedman's article in the Times and a happy dance on Broadway last Saturday, I may make it to 2021

User's recommendation: Well worth the digital expense.

Non existant customer service

After waiting 25 minutes I finally got to speak with a customer service rep; rep had poor English skills and was completely unable to assist my problem. Problem is inability to access Washington Post website.

User's recommendation: don't fall for the $1 for the first month. company unable to process .

Requesting copy of Washingtom Post that has a picture of me from when I worked on AFIC.

I contacted the Washington Post to get a picture that was printed in the Washington Post while I was on Active Duty serving on the Armed Forces Inauguration Committee. The picture was of me standing on what I believe to be on the second floor outside at the Capitol building where President Bush was to swear in. It was a mock dress rehearsal. Could you please direct me to the office who would have/could provide me a copy of that Newspaper clipping. My number is 703.731.3596. Sincerely Melissa Campisi

I know you don't fact check, but your story that says the Sharpies being given out at Arizona voting polls is not a lie. The Sharpie marked ballots were invalidated by the ballot recording machine. This meant the ballots had to be manually counted and handled by the...

Charged $100 today. Why?

without any advanced notice my checking account indicated WP took $100.00 from me. First, I signed on for my digital subscription based on the advertised monthly charge. Secondly I live on a small fixed income and again, was charged $100 without notice

Review my suscription

I was checking the latest subscription amount for me, since I read the competitive rate WP is offering these days. Per your CSR, I have the same rate, which I love.

User's recommendation: WP is the best!

Lately I have been on the internet and have wanted to read some of the particles written by the Washington Post. It takes me to a site where I have to subscribe saying I can unsubscribe any time. Getting informed by articles written by many other newspapers is paramount in order the argue in an informative way. What a ridiculous and oddly aggressive way you have presented.

Digital Delivery Issues and ZERO Customer Service

I cannot open a chat session, and I cannot call your help desk - the Washington Post has not only terrible technical delivery capability but has coupled this with the worst, non-existent, customer service delivery program on the planet. I cannot start it...

Have paid $129. for subscription and am periodically blocked from reading; how can a major co. not know who subscribes and who doesn’t and treat paying customers so poorly? Today had to sign in again

I paid $29. For subscription; friend paid $100. for subscription for me . Please send refund of $100. since I am periodically blocked from reading and I am tired of it. I will stick with the Times.

User's recommendation: Maybe find your news with a company who respects its customers.

Paper not delivered this morning

This is the second week in a row. Seriously, I paid for a daily delivery, was told it could only be weekends. No offer of refund and now I don't even get that. What the heck is going on in your newspaper?

User's recommendation: If you like being ripped off, charged extra, and not even get your paper delivered, this is your go to place.
