Mix up in subscription

After signing up for an initial special price subscription of 1 dollar, I was unable to access the digital WP. One dollar was no issue but the 20ish dollars a month afterward would be, so I contacted your organization, speaking with a WP employee at the call center. We got absolutely nowhere, through no fault of hers. After a lot of research on my part I found it through the Google Store and was able to cancel the subscription. Thanks for reaching out. Harold Gray

My name is TJ Monroe and I've been on the president's committee on mental retardation by President Bill Clinton I would like to know we are American in the United States why can't the government charge President Trump for what happened in Washington DC at the temperature and he is going to put us back into a war three. He should be charged for the crime he just did after capital and let people go in and people desk and say sitting at the chair and looking at private property for the Niger state and I think people need to stand up what he did to the state of the United States of America

After being a loyal customer for 32+ years the Post unilaterally cxcld my subscription

After 32 years the Post decided to move to electronic invoices (from USPS), sent to the incorrect email address, never followed up and then simply cancelled my subscription. If there was a better local alternative i would definitely cancel forever

Paper subscription was cxcld -- without my knowledge

Have been a WA Post subscriber for 30+ years. Unbeknownst to me, they started sending invoices via email instead of USPS. The bill was sent to an incorrect email address. The Post didn't bother to follow up but went ahead and cancelled the subscription. Customer service has definitely dropped off since Jeff Bezos bought it. If I had a local alternative I'd drop my subscription.

Response to Ticket #[157****] Re: Re: Choose a subscription and save $70

I received an email from Violeta Tan in response to an email to WAPO detailing difficulty I was having in accessing my online subscription. She advised me submit my Billing ID# and when I replied to the email with the number DAEMON bounced it back. So this is the information she asked for: The Billing Agreement ID# is B-37F33149R283685H in the Amount of $29 processed on 11/12/2020

User's recommendation: don't bother, I still can't log on and I'm oh so tired of this run around.

Inability to reach a person

Called customer service, get intercept to go to personal digital. If press oneas requested, you are transferred to the next available agent - which is a busy signal. Tried three times-last time, no busy signal, but line was disconnected. This isnt dismal customer service, its worse.

User's recommendation: Choose option to buy subscription-surely that will be answered.

Preferred solution

David Montgomery

A better synopsis of drumpf's presidency would be hard to come by. Supplemented by Friedman's article in the Times and a happy dance on Broadway last Saturday, I may make it to 2021

User's recommendation: Well worth the digital expense.
