Wapo was not delivered today

I live in a high-rises condo building and have been a post subscriber for 50 years. For the third time this week my paper was not delivered until I called the WP. My next door neighbor is also a subscriber and her papers were not delivered. Once last month the carrier left all the papers at the concierge desk rather than deliver them to the doors of subscribers. This is no way to keep customers.

Missed Sunday delivery July 3, 2022

Why does life have to be so hard, sometimes? On June 20, I tried to renew my Sunday only print subscription, only to find out today, via phone, that my previous subscription had been cancelled due to an unpaid balance, and my effort to restart couldn't be processed. (I...

Subscription

Solved. Could not afford it at all. This was too expensive for a senior citizen. This is extremely problematic for retired people. Cannot imagine anybody that can afford it.

I am quite annoyed that I have to pay $1 and give credit card info just to get an erroneous subscription charge corrected.

For many years I have been charged bimonthly for the Post. In April and May I was charged full price (@$130) each month and would appreciate an explanation or refund or credit. It's a straightforward billing problem, appears to be an error by the Post which should be solved without my having to give credit card info and a fee. Ann K. You asked for a review. I do not like the title of the App Pissed Customer I wish it had a more positive name. Given what we are going thru as a society would prefer a more gentle and kind.

Because I was asked

Long story -- but got a refund from WP -- was billed for a digital subscription that I have no recollection signing up for. Possible I forgot, but I never used the service. The part I objected to was the fact they billed my PP account without EVER notifying me. I figure that's the least they could do.

User's recommendation: read the small print - they are sneaky.

I was asked to leave one

Took 3 hrs and ALOT of *** to get a refund for a product I never used. In addition this company does NOT contact you to inform you that you are about to be billed for a coming "auto renewal".

Got the answer I needed.

A mysterious charge to a former credit card appeared with an alert from the credit card company. I am abroad and was very concerned. Then I thought perhaps the TWP at the beginning of the charge could have been the Washington Post. After I inquired, I was told that indeed, renewing my subscription was the charge.

User's recommendation: Service so far, so good. And the newspaper is exellent, too.

Renewal program will not process information

Poor service. Internet program will not process data. No human back up to adjust the situation. This frustrates me and likely other customers.

User's recommendation: Get a program that works and a back-up plan. Maybe a human?

Payment issues

WP automatically renewed in March for 150.00 I received online but when I tried to read an article it was blocked by add with subscription information. Have not been able to read since April. Called and spoke to a Representative and signed back up with all my necessary information. That means Im paying twice. Very dissatisfied

User's recommendation: Good paper if you can read it. I think I should be compensated for month of May when articles blocked.
