Why does life have to be so hard, sometimes?
On June 20, I tried to renew my Sunday only print subscription, only to find out today, via phone, that my previous subscription had been cancelled due to an unpaid balance, and my effort to restart couldn't be processed. (I had received a new debit card due to my bank's merger & name change.)
Today, I paid the past due balance, gave my new payment card number for automatic payment, and the customer associate said he would request a replacement paper for today, but I should probably go out and buy one, to be sure.
It's so hard to coordinate what has been bought digitally with hard copy subscriptions!
I save The Washington Post Sunday print editions carefully, quarter by quarter, to read in my DOTAGE, to prove that this terrible history we're living through ACTUALLY HAPPENED!
Democracy Dies in Darkness!
