I was at the trump rally. There were many people there. You took a picture of unoccupied seats. Your news reporting is unfair and disgusting.

Subscription issues

We were charged $100 for subscription. My husband said he cancelled the subscription about three months ago. We are in our 80's and can't afford the renewal. The customer service girl said she would sent an email concerning the refund but it never came. My husband would like the refund info in writing.

Christian Davenport brings race into Jeff Bezos flight

I was truly enjoying the coverage of Jeff Bezos historical flight when Christian Davenport had to bring race into the story. Why? What does this have to do with race other than the race to make space flight affordable. When he did that i immediately turned the channel. Not everything is about race. Don't get me wrong, race issues are long from being properly addressed and solved and is an issue that needs to be discussed. But this story was not the platform for that discussion. Great camera work and fantastic overall coverage, but if Christian Davenport can't be better at choosing platforms to discuss issues, then take him off the air and then maybe I'll go back to WP.

No paper last Sunday July 4, 11& 18

Figure it out. Home delivery not doable, so why even try? Im tired of trying to resolve this issue therefore I want credit for papers that have not been delivered and am canceling my subscription. Oh yeah. I want a refund of whats left.

No paper last Sunday July 4

The 4th and 11th no paper. In the past when paper not delivered, I was told to wait till 11:00 before reporting in-order to allow time for delivery. Now Im told to report before 9:10 to allow Post to do something. Last Sunday I was asked a preference. Credit or paper. I chose paper and never received one. Spoke to Post again and was told I could receive Sunday paper on Monday. Then it was explained to me that this really isnt the Posts fault. Its the delivery persons fault. Who do I pay?

Subscription was too expensive

I subscribe to the Washington Post through Apple app. I thought we were paying around $5, but we were paying more than $15 because my husband and I had access to the newspaper. I didn't know that it was that expensive. To have access to the newspaper, we will have to pay premium for both of us. The New York Times gives us a much better deal. I canceled the subscription, and we are keeping the subscription to the NYT.

Canceled subscription

I called the Post to cancel my subscription and the operator asked why? I told her the Post doesnt report, they give their opinion which is far left. Im an educated, retired, church going man that gives 5 thousand dollars a year to charity! The Post will continue to lose customers bbecabebecause

Balance due on cancelled acct

After straightening out the misunderstanding on a cancelled account last week I received a bill for a balance due on the old account.

No Promises

The Sunday Washington Post Insert which is delivered on Saturday Morning wasnt delivered Saturday 7/10. My Mother is 98 yrs old and looks forward to the insert and getting the TV Guide. Ive called requesting a that someone deliver one to us and I was told that they cant make any promises. We might have to wait till next Saturdays delivery. My Mother has been a customer of the Washington Post for over 50 years.

Cancel Digital subscription

I can no longer afford my digital account, but your phone number did not ring through. Is no one on the job at the Post? I thought you were. 24 hr operation. Since when do we have to be perfect grammarians to write a review to a newspaper?

Unable to read WaPo wrapped in rubber band

WAfter I filed a complaint, the WaPo told me the carrier had been contacted and told of my concerns of paper tightly rolled with rubber band and late papers. One day, paper was in a sleeve, now back to rolled with rubber band. Unable to read the paper because it just keeps rolling up. Will cancel the subscription if not permanently resolved.

I am a pissed consumer

As a 40 year subscriber I am outraged about how I've been treated. I called to reinstate my subscription and was told I must pay $117 for 8 weeks. I declined and only then I was offered my previous 50% rate. Now I found a special offer on your website $249 for a year so I canceled and will take that. You should be helping us not trying to trap us at high prices!

Charged for paper I diidn't

I kept noticing charges from the Washington Post and called about the matter. I was told that I would get my money refunded and wouldn't be charged again. I did receive the refund and hopefully will not be charged again.c
