THE STATE of FLORIDA NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE YEARS AND YEARS OF CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS OF THE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF THE MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE AND ALLOWING EVERY EMPLOYER TO ABUSE, BULLY, PHYSICALLY NEGLECT AND TAKE THE ABILITY TO PAY FOR THIER BILLS BECAUSE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA'S EMPLOYERS AND THE "RIGHT TO WORK". YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS IN FLORIDA WHEN IT ELVOLVES EMPLOYERS. THEN THE VICTIM IS WITHOUT RECOURSE AND THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO ARE ACCOUNTABLE.

I demanded an immediate refund of the $120 charged to my PayPal account on 12 March 2024 which is the day my subscription expires but had already been charged for another year's subscription that I did not want. Furthermore, the subscription has increased by 140 percent without any prior indication.

The app was close to useless when attempting to request a refund. The complaints process caused me severe stress, and seemed designed to make it so difficult as to make people give up in despair.

My subscription was lost off my IPhone yet I saw I was being Billed monthly. I could not get resolution till I actually spoke with a person. All was corrected and my Subscription resurfaced on my phone.

Cannot log on to WP

I have a subscription to the Washington Post, have had it for years. Monday, the 12th of Feb, 2024, I could not access it.

Usually, it pops up right away.

But since Monday, I haven't been able to read the paper. The spinning circle never stops. My cursor is disabled. I may see some of the headlines, but I can't click on to them.

I am thrown off the site.

I have rebooted my computer, shut it down for 12 hours to reboot, rebooted the router and still am unable to access the Post.

Today is Wednesday the 14th, when all the food columns print. I need access!!!

I called the customer service number and the agent disappeared.

Chatted to resolve issues. Waste of time. Checklist solutions did not work. Was instructed to call for help. The helpline cut of the call after directing me to Chat again. Seriously? Putting me in a communication loop to waste my time? Very put out with you guys. No help and frustrating help system that seems designed to thwart.

I get really “pissed off” by vulgarity.

I was planning to just inform WP of a delivery issue: after a stop, paper was to be delivered to our new address. But when I had to tell you that via your pissed off consumer heading, I decided to cancel your newspaper entirely, in the interest of less vulgarity in our public media. I do get pissed off by crudeness and vulgarity. I sometimes say crude and vulgar things myself when I get upset pissed off as we say. But, we shouldnt make that our default, our standard means of communicating. Thats my opinion, anyway. Peter Kenny

I can’t get into my digital subscription

I have a digital account. I pay around 7 to 8 dollars a month. I can no longer get into your news As your advertisement, which keeps coming up for me to make a subscription says I dont have a subscription.

Last weekend, I signed up for discounted rate, but verification screen showed old em mail address and username. If I had gone through, my username would have gone back to what it was years ago. Tried to chat but ol hold for hours. Called today and rep didnt follow or bother to look up old email address until I insisted. Refused to check to see if I could get new rate under the circumstance. And hung up.
