I was at the trump rally. There were many people there. You took a picture of unoccupied seats. Your news reporting is unfair and disgusting.

No Saturday weekend paper, 2nd time. Interested in the Washington Magazine.

I only receive the weekend post but for 2 times the Saturday delivery did not happen. Please deliver just the Washington Magazine and the TV guide and Ill be a happy camper. Thats all. Thanks

Missing paper Recd NYTimes instead of Sunday post?

I live near Richmond VA get daily online plus Sunday delivery. Yesterday received NY Times instead of my Post & because my neighbor is from there thought they had mixed up delivery. After walking down the rd with paper & leaving it there later found out it was not theirs?

Undelivered Sunday paper

Have my call they promised to deliver a new paper. It was never delivered. I am hoping I will get a credit for a missed Sunday paper as I had to go out and buy one.

Required to log in multiple times each day

Again I had to log in again today on the WP Headline Edition and on WP Opinions. Id like to ask an obvious question. Why the *** are you sending me all the WO products on line to my email account if Im not already a paid-up WP digital subscriber? Do you really think someone is periodically stealing my phone to illegally read your WP digital products without paying for them.? Seriously, if the WP really considers itself a world class newspaper on par with the New York Time and the Times of London, how hard is it to get your *** together so that your digital subscribers, at a significant price, dont have to go thru the same crap day after day. This is my fourth complaint on the same issue. If you unable to fix my complained of problem, cancel my digital subscription and refund my unused subscription payment.

Our daily newspaper was thrown on the ground rather than in the Washington Post Box under our mailbox.

Over the last several weeks, my paper has been thrown anywhere. I do have a box under my mailbox for the paper?

Nothing has changed or improved. Now, to add insult to injury, as I was trying to complete this response to your query, I was again asked to log in. This time your site wouldnt even let me do that, telling me over and over that my email address or my pass word was incorrect- which they were not. Im really a patient guy, but this is absurd.

Nothing has changed or improved. Trying to read this Sunday mornings Headline Edition, at least half of the stories required me to log in to be able to continue reading. Fixing this kind of problem cant be rocket science!! None of the below features listed below for me to rate are relevant if I cant read this newspaper.

Frustrated with your software (login each time...)

I am a subscriber. Yet almost every time I click on a story or article, Amazon requires me to log in. Please fix the problem. Or, if you can not, pls let me know and I will simply cancel membership. I love Amazon, but not that much. Best, Patrick Hund

Cancel online subscription

I cancelled my subscription about a month ago and have been waiting for a refund that has never arrived. If you call them they promise that they will process the refund but they never do. I've also sent emails and they respond with totally irrelevant answers but no refund

I called delivery guy twice, no response This happened last month also My service has changed in the last few months dont know what the change is Would prefer a replacement paper, but wasnt given that option

Unhealthy relationship

I think I would like to cancel my subscription to the Post. In the past I pestered one of your editors and it caused me to believe the paper was sending oblique messages to me. Obviously this is not very healthy so I think its best for me to end my readership.
