Call center drop call repeatedly. Password resend was not received

Password rejected in Apple news but not in app. Password reset was not received after several requests. Help please.

Terrible Sunday delivery

Papers were late again this Sun. Apparently tho, all the people in my community who get the Sunday Post received their paper except me. My next-door neighbor got hers (late as usual on Sun.), but I never did! I stopped my DAILY delivery, not because of the carrier) but because of the negative news in the front & metro sections which I no longer read. I want the cost of this past Sunday's paper, 4-17, deducted from my bill.

User's recommendation: Don't bother to subscribe to the Sun. paper if you live in the Signature Club at Greenview community in New Market, MD.

Notification of format changes are made so I can re-subscribe. Your format is not easy. Take a good look at the New York Times and see their entire layout. It’s easy to navigate. I love the Post however

The PISSED text in reason. That is the rudest nasty way to a complaint about service. After over 40 years of buying the paper I've never seen the Post stoop so low.

All I call about was no paper and have to fill out that question. Go back to giving service not being rude. Automation is not always a good thing.

Respect to your regular customers. Not insinuating that someone is Pissed! I was not until that popped up

Missed delivery

No papered delivered. Unable to contact WP circulation employee. Everything now automated. Was informed via website that missed delivery cannot be addressed after 10 am. Love that human touch Mr. Bezos.

The paper eventually showed up. First time in many years this happened. I simply wanted to report it, but your system is so convoluted I gave up.

Help with password. You are not accepting my updated password

I need to speak to a customer service rep. I have just renewed my subscription and cannot access it. I have created a new password and it is not recognized. I am annoyed and very disappointed in the customer service

Horrible service

Is Bob Woodward on vacation ?? Maybe thats why there hasnt been any reporting on the break ins and spying that happened to President Trump. Ill wait.

Digital subscription not coming

The Washington Post - Digital subscription not coming
I've been charged $15.00/month for ? years and am not getting my subscription, nor email to let me know the connection for the 2nd person who can view the newspaper. Just called what I thought was Washington Post Customer Service, put on indefinite hold, and then tried to chat online. Sent to PayPal to be charged $47??????????? Below is my receipt for my monthly charge.

Enjoyed my subscription and quality of journalism

A serious health issue in my family occurred and family is pitching in so any money saved helps a lot. God willing when this situation is over, I would like to reinstate my subscription.

Paper not delivered

Paper was delivered within a couple of hours. I also called the WAPO to report it. She told me carrier was sick and a sub was delivering. Thank you!

Deduction from bank account

On January 13, 2022 $150 was deducted from by bank account by Washington Pist. I do not know why plus if it were for a year of digital newspaper I do not want this. The TWO number is SUB 8347****. Please help
