Telephone access

There is something seriously wrong with your telephone answering service. Whether I call on the 800 line or direct, I listen to the choices and then when I'm transferred the line cuts out. I've tried different extensions and the same result.

People need to know

Why hasn't someone said out loud, that Trump is killing, weakening, and destroying The USA for Puttin. Trump has a deal with him. Tell Trump Voters that he is using them to do his dirty work, and they will serve time in prison, and he will not get them out. He is using them and their kids, wife, parents and friends will never see them again because they let trump use them. Lots and Lots of people have said this. Please put this in the paper. There is a God and those in power doing wrong hating on people will have a court date with God! There will be burning and gnashing of the teeth found in the book of Revelation.

Problem with ny unemplyment

Actually was useless, as whoever answered the phone seemed totally uninterested, guess since they have jobs and want their faces seen covering the election, the journalists forgot that they should be covering other aspects of news. Not that I received a call back from senator Schumers aids, governor Cuomo aids, speaker of the house Pelosi's aids either. As the saying goes the two oldest professions... politics and prostitution. Who works harder, I will leave that to public opinion

Idiotic article, come on...defund Walter Reed. Your paper and writers have gone overboard with TDS. Never will I read the Post again unless you get some common sense reporters and report news instead of staff opinions. No wonder the American public does not trust the media. I'll watch national news for a retraction. Thank you for your time. A Very Concerned Citizen.

Did not receive paper today October 4,2020

We just moved in yesterday and I just started the Wash Post starting today but did not receive the Sunday paper. However last Sunday a paper was delivered here before we moved in. My neighbor gave it to us today. I would like not to be charged for the Sept 27 paper and for todays paper that did not come. Therefore my subscription should start next Sunday, Oct 11. Can you confirm?

Can't log in to e subsciption

My app couldn't recognize that I was a subscriber, then it assured me that it did, but couldn't connect properly--just flashed in a spastic way. I tried a few things. Finally, something worked. Nothing i did, I'm sure it was WP that fixed it, tho i wasn't aware of actually connecting with anyone. Would have preferred if I had.I have no idea

I called the Post all excited because I had lost my webpage to access your Live interview with HR McMaster, and it was about to begin. I should have been more polite with your representative: I thought she was not understanding my problem. She was. She did. And she got me to the interview online just in time. And now I know how to access the events I sign up for thru my W.P. account. I just wish I could let her know how much I APPRECIATE her calm and thorough help.

Missing tv guide

for the second time in maybe 6 weeks, I did not get the TV section for which I pay extra. Last time I called too early and then too late and had to buy a newspaper at the grocery store to get it. This time I called. Honestly don't apologize with a canned script, just tell me how you are going to fix it.

Missed delivery

The wrong paper was delivered. We are paying for the Washington Post and we got the Fredericksburg Freelance Star by mistake.

User's recommendation: Please have the delivery person to check to ensure they are delivering the correct paper. We received the wrong paper. We got the Freelance Star and not the Washington Post.

On my Samsung Note 8 smartphone the widget stopped loading, so I removed it from the page then reapplied it. However instead of defaulting with Top Stories it loaded a configure page that contained all the news sections except Top Stories. This forced me to choose one sub category. I can't figure out how to configure the widget to show Top Stories on load.

Customer Service

This is a Washington paper based in Washington DC. Why when you call the area code 202 (for Washington) to get customer support, do you get someone in the PHILIPPINES???? I think it's disgraceful that the paper is not hiring people locally here in the United States!!!!!!!! In addition, the connection is very bad with a lot of static, so trying to accomplish anything takes a longer period of time and is extremely frustrating!! The lady kept trying to add my new credit card unsuccessfully 3 times!!! I could not find any local phone number online!! WHY IS THIS????

User's recommendation: Don't support the Washington Post for hiring outside the U.S.!!!!
