Billed without consent

I was billed $150.00 for something, I have not been able to figure what other than it was a cash grab.

My daughter is currently in Fort sill Oklahoma she is trying to quit the basic training they refuse to let her go she has been injured she asked for help many times to her commander her commander just told her to suck it up and keep going I need somebodys help my daughter has asked me for help in multiple letters that I have received I fear for her well-being I fear that shes going to get retaliated because of The current issues shes going through nobody seems to help nobody has answered for me they refuse to let me talk to the doctor they refuse to let me talk to her I need desperate help please

WAPost app harrassment/failure

Hello, I am subscribed to the WAPost through Amazon. I am being harassed by one of your subscription apps. When on the app I am allowed to read two or three articles. After that an app blocks my view. The app says to subscribe, re-subscribe, or re-start subscription. it DOES NOT give me the choice to select "I have a subscription already." I cannot work around it. At first I thought there was something wrong with my subscription through Amazon. They looked into it and made some kind of adjustment. But it didn't work. I think the error is coming from you office. You really need to get your IT folks on this. It is extremely annoying. I am sure you will be getting a gazillion complaints about this.

Lack of service

I am not pissed. You might want to 'lower the volume' with the word 'pissed'. The Android phone for some reason didn't work but the app works.

Response to again receive Post on line

Yes I heard back from the Post in a timely way and yes I responded to the individual who emailed saying a reset was in progress and it might take 24 hours. It did not. I started to receive the various emails almost immediately. I again responded "success" and thank you. So, communication appears to be lost. Thank you. Laurence Fahey
